I’ll be introducing about the first 30 minutes. This is one of my personal favorites.
There will be no dialogue, and I will be hand-drawing the pictures myself.

The English title is “The Cat’s Return”, but the literal translation in Japanese is “Cat!s repayment of Favor”.I think this is better

A sound echoes from a certain house in the morning.
Beep beep beep… Beep beep beep…
Bang!!
She falls back asleep, but wakes up a little later with an ahhhh.
Mom asks from the first floor, “Are you awake?”
She quickly changes into her uniform and heads down to the first floor.
As she hurriedly tried to leave the house, her mother asked, “Aren’t you going to eat it?”
“Mmm, it’s so delicious!” she replied, trying to get at her.
She knew she wanted to eat it but didn’t have time…
“That’s mean!” she said angrily to her mother and left the house.
This painting features a variety of plants, bicycles, cars, and buildings. Even though a lot of effort goes into creating a single moment, most people don’t notice. But Ghibli never cuts corners, even for a single, fleeting frame.
I think the creators are truly amazing.
She tripped over a step in the road and one of her shoes flew off. This girl is quite clumsy.
Faintly visible next to the girl behind her is a girl who is late for class and is trying to sneak in without being noticed.
The girl tried to hide and take her seat, but the teacher saw through her and said, “Yoshioka! Don’t be sneaky, just take your seat!”
“yes!!”
The girl sat down, with the whole class laughing, “Hahaha!!”
This is Haru. She is the main character. What Haru is looking at is…
The boy Haru was looking at was one she was interested in.
(Note) There are a few mistakes with the boy in this drawing, but I’ll go with it.
I’m not a machine, so of course I make mistakes. I think you can see that it’s hand-drawn, so
Haru was a bit shocked.

I was embarrassed because I was late. Machida laughed at me.・・・

Why did this happen?
This might be a sign of something terrible.
And so things like this start to happen.
This is a cake shop located a little distance away from the two of them.
A cat comes out of the cake shop with a small box in its mouth.
Oh, I haven’t seen this cat before.
It’s very tiring to color these pictures. I think they are good, typical Ghibli paintings.
